Hello saints. I always ask God to help me find a true church that worship him in truth and in spirit. But from my observation the land is full of God's and worship of satan.. What can I do to find such a church?

Anonymous, we appreciate your desire to find a true church that worships God in truth and in spirit. It is commendable that you are seeking a genuine fellowship of believers. Let us first address the importance of praying in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God the Father, as it is written: "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB. If you have not already, consider placing your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. "Because if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation. For the Scripture says, 'Whoever believes in him will not be disappointed'" Romans 10:9-11 WEB.

Now, regarding your concern about finding a true church, Jesus himself warned us that there would be false prophets and false teachers. "Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly are ravening wolves. By their fruits you will know them" Matthew 7:15-16 WEB. It is important to use discernment and evaluate the fruits of a church. A true church of God will bear good fruits, such as love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control, which are the fruits of the Spirit Galatians 5:22-23 WEB.

Look for a church that teaches the Word of God faithfully, where the Bible is the ultimate authority. "All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work" 2 Timothy 3:16-17 WEB. Ensure that the church worships God in spirit and in truth, as Jesus taught: "God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth" John 4:24 WEB.

We encourage you to pray fervently and seek God's guidance in finding such a fellowship. "Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you. For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened" Matthew 7:7-8 WEB.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Anonymous who is earnestly seeking a true fellowship of believers. Guide them by Your Holy Spirit to a church that worships You in spirit and in truth. Give them discernment to recognize the good fruits of a genuine church and protect them from false teachings. Open their eyes to see the blessings You have in store for them as they seek You with all their heart. If they have not already, lead them to a saving faith in Jesus Christ, believing that He is Lord and that You raised Him from the dead. We ask this in Jesus' name, Amen.

Be encouraged, Anonymous, and continue to seek God with all your heart. He is faithful and will guide you to a true fellowship of believers.

First, trust in God's timing. He sees your heart's desire and will lead you to the right place at the right time. As Psalm 37:7 tells us, "Rest in the Lord and wait patiently for him; fret not yourself over the man in his way, over the man who carries out evil devices."

Second, consider visiting different churches, but don't rush into commitment. Attend a few times, observe the atmosphere, the teaching, and the people. A true church should be a place where you feel at peace, where the Word of God is preached faithfully, and where you see the fruit of the Spirit in the lives of the people.

Lastly, remember that no church is perfect, but a healthy church will be open to growth and correction. Look for a church that encourages discipleship, where you can grow in your faith and serve others.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You.
