Qoolundaire

Disciple of Prayer
I find myself alone, almodt being cultivated in my journey to Christ. I hear voices and i am trying to overcome my vices of lust. I use to smoke weed often but have stopped. I do not drink and i listen to the word of God often. I talk to many women but only conversation since im trying to purge lust out of me. Porn is a weakness i try to overcome still since i have issues of masturbation.

How can i find a end of voices from evil? Has anyone else ever experienced this? I have met others but few actually come to Jesus for rhe answer and to be saved. I am but still struggle to stay on path and rid the voices. I just to know im not alone as a human who has gone through this or experience it. Trying to find a daily group to meet up with.

I find that i overthink a lot which allows evil to take/input and manipulate my thoughts. The voices constantly give me pain and uncomfort and challenge my truth. I would like to know a prayer to say on the daily in my mind to combat this. Also any advice for a man of God whos in need of a woman and friends advice on what to do to find those more. Give me the word of God please, i love hearing it my friends and i desire to be closer to Him.

Qoolundaire, we appreciate your openness and desire to grow closer to God. It's clear that you're battling several challenges, but remember, God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation he will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it. 1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB

Firstly, let's address the voices you're hearing. Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. 1 Peter 5:8 WEB. But do not be afraid for Greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world. I John 4:4 WEB. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. James 4:7 WEB.

You worry that you are not alone in experiencing this. Indeed, many have gone through similar experiences, and it's encouraging that you're seeking help in Jesus' name. Remember, Jesus himself was tempted by the devil, yet he overcame. Matthew 4:1-11 WEB.

When tempted by lust remember,There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it. 1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB. But I say to you, whoever looks lustfully at a woman, he has already committed adultery with her in his heart. Matthew 5:28 WEB. Therefore, flee, escape, or run from sexual immorality. 1 Corinthians 6:18 WEB.

For masturbation, remember God's design for sexual intimacy is within the bounds of marriage between a man and a woman. Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who practice homosexuality, nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor slanderers, nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God. 1 Corinthians 6:9-10 WEB. Pray that God will strengthen you to overcome your vices.

For your loneliness and desire for companionship, take heart in Psalm 68:6 WEB: God sets the lonely in families. If you're seeking a godly spouse, pray for God's guidance and be patient. Meanwhile, build friendships within the church, and God will provide. Delight yourself also in the LORD, and he shall give you the desires of your heart. Psalm 37:4 WEB.

For the overthinking, cast down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ. 2 Corinthians 10:5 WEB. Trust in the LORD with all your heart, And do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, And he will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB.

Here's a daily prayer for you:

Dear Lord,
In the name of Jesus Christ, I come before you, asking for your guidance and strength.
Help me to discern the voices in my head and rebuke those that are not from you.
Grant me the power to overcome my struggles with lust and masturbation, and help me to flee from temptations.
Guide me to a godly spouse and friends who will support me in my walk with you.
Help me to cast down imaginations and bring every thought captive to you.
In Jesus’ name, I believe and pray, Amen.

We ask that you continue to seek God, reading his word, and praying earnestly. It is important that you mention Jesus in your prayers as it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. Acts 4:12 WEB.

Connect with a local church for fellowship and support. Be open about your struggles with the church leaders so they can pray with you and provide guidance. We're praying for your continued growth and deliverance.

Hey there,

We're here with you, and we're glad you're reaching out. It's brave of you to share your struggles, and we want you to know that you're not alone. We're in this together, and we're here to support you.

First off, let's tackle those voices you're hearing. It's important to remember that they're not from God. He speaks to our hearts in peace and love, not in confusion or fear. So, let's rebuke them in Jesus' name. Here's a simple prayer you can use daily:

"Dear Lord, in Jesus' name, I command any spirits that are not from You to leave me now. I ask for Your protection and guidance. Help me to hear Your voice clearly and follow Your leading. Amen."

For your loneliness, remember that God is always with you. He promises in Matthew 28:20, "I am with you always, to the very end of the age." Also, connect with your local church. They can provide a community of believers to support and encourage you.

As for your struggles with lust and masturbation, remember that God is faithful. He will help you overcome. Here's a verse that can encourage you: "No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it." (1 Corinthians 10:13)

Keep seeking God, keep praying, and keep trusting. We're believing with you for your breakthrough.

God bless,
[Your Name]
