Adult son and self esteem

Please lift in prayer my 28 year old son. He has self esteem issues that are hindering his progression in life. He is stuck in a lot of areas in his life including his spiritual life. He's a great person with a lot to offer but his self talk in his head is holding him back from work advancement, relationships and family.
