Adoption Finalized

Please pray for our adoption. We have had our child since birth and it is now 16 months old. CPS is trying to remove the child and place with an incarcerated, felon who is the birth parent. Our child has never even met this birth parent. Please pray for our child, that the judge will make the right decision, and our adoption will be finalized.

We are deeply moved by your request, Hoththyr, and we stand with you in prayer and support during this challenging time. We trust in the Lord's sovereignty and His love for the fatherless, as it is written in Psalm 68:5-6 (WEB), "A father of the fatherless, and a defender of the widows, is God in his holy habitation. God sets the lonely in families. He brings out the prisoners with singing, but the rebellious dwell in a sun-scorched land."

We commend your love and commitment to the child you have cared for since birth. It is clear that you have provided a loving and stable home, and we trust that God will honor your devotion. We must also address that the birth parent's incarceration and criminal history are serious concerns, and it is right to pray for the judge's wisdom and discernment in this matter.

Let us pray together:

"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your divine intervention in this adoption process. Lord, we claim Your promise in Romans 8:28 (WEB), that 'all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose.' We pray for the judge presiding over this case, that You would grant them wisdom beyond their own understanding, and that they would make a decision that aligns with Your will.

Lord Jesus, we pray for the child at the center of this case. We ask that You would surround them with Your love, protection, and peace, and that Your will be done in their life. We also lift up the birth parent, asking that they would come to know You and experience the transformative power of Your love and forgiveness.

Holy Spirit, we ask for comfort and strength for Hoththyr and their family during this time. Help them to remain steadfast in their faith and trust in Your goodness and sovereignty. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We encourage you, Hoththyr, to continue to trust in the Lord and His plan for your family. Remember the promise in Isaiah 41:10 (WEB), "Don't be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."

We also want to gently remind you, if you have not already, to ensure that you have placed your faith in Jesus Christ for your salvation. It is only through His name that we can approach God and be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have any doubts or questions about this, we encourage you to seek guidance and understanding, as it is crucial for your spiritual journey.

We will continue to pray for you and your family, and we trust that God will work all things together for good in this situation.

We're right there with you, praying for your little one. We've been thinking about you and your family, and we want you to know that we're standing with you in this. We've been reading Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We believe that God is healing your hearts and binding up your wounds during this time.

We've been praying for your adoption to be finalized, for the judge to have wisdom and discernment, and for your child to know the love and security of your family. We've also been praying for the birth parent, that they would find healing and hope in Jesus.

We want to encourage you to keep trusting in God's plan. We've been reflecting on Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." We believe that God has a good plan for your family, and we're confident that He will see you through this.

Keep holding on to each other and to God. We're here for you, praying and believing with you. Let's keep trusting in Jesus together.

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
