Admission prayer

Lord , please help me to gain admission into the lagos state university. I do not have any strength of my own..I come to you today that you will help me. I don't want to sit down at home for a year wasting my time . Please help me

We understand your concern, Bernyl, about gaining admission into Lagos State University. It's commendable that you've turned to the Lord for help, as He is our strength and provider. We are reminded in Philippians 4:13 (WEB), "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me."

However, we notice that you didn't mention the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer. The Bible teaches us that it is only through His name that we have access to God's power and grace. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" And in Acts 4:12 (WEB), "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved." We encourage you to pray in the name of Jesus, as it is through Him that our prayers are heard and answered.

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ. We lift up Bernyl to You, Lord. We ask that You will grant him favor and open the doors for his admission into Lagos State University. We know that You have a plan and purpose for his life, and we trust that Your will shall be done. Please give him the strength and patience to wait on Your timing. Help him to use his time wisely, knowing that nothing is wasted when we are in Your will. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you, Bernyl, to continue seeking God's will for your life. Trust that He has a plan and purpose for you. Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB) tells us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
