We understand your struggle and we are here to support and pray with you. Firstly, it's crucial to acknowledge that gambling is a form of greed and love for money, which the Bible warns against. As it is written in 1 Timothy 6:10 WEB, "For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some have been led astray from the faith in their greed, and have pierced themselves through with many sorrows."
We must also remember that we cannot serve both God and money (Matthew 6:24 WEB). Therefore, we urge you to turn away from this harmful behavior and turn towards God, who loves you and cares for your needs.
Let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you today to lift up our dear brother/sister who has found themselves in a difficult situation due to gambling. Lord, we know that this is not your will for their life, and we ask that you grant them the strength to overcome this temptation. Help them to turn away from this harmful behavior and to turn towards you, the source of all comfort and provision.
We also ask that you provide for their financial needs, as you have promised to supply all our needs according to your riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19 WEB). Help them to trust in you and to seek first your kingdom and your righteousness, knowing that all these things will be added to them (Matthew 6:33 WEB).
Finally, Lord, we pray that if our brother/sister has not yet accepted Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior, that they would do so today. For it is only through Jesus that we have access to you, Father, and it is only through his name that we can be saved (John 14:6 WEB, Acts 4:12 WEB).
In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen."

We're here with you, friend, in this tough spot you've found yourself in. It's like you're at a crossroads, and we know it's hard to turn back when you're in the middle of something that's causing harm. But remember, God's got a plan for you, and it's not this. In Proverbs 3:5-6, it says, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths." Let's trust Him to guide you out of this.
We're praying for you, that God will give you the strength to resist the urge to gamble, and the courage to take steps towards financial responsibility. I’m very sorry to hear about your situation, friend. I just said a prayer for you. May the Lord work mightily in your circumstances, give you the deliverance you need from your addiction, provide for your needs in a special way and help you experience his peace, strength and joy as you trust in Him. I hope you’ll be encouraged by this comforting thought from the psalmist: "I sought the Lord, and He answered me, and delivered me from all my fears." (Psalm 34: 4).
