Addiction and forgiveness

I have been suffering with my addiction for the past 5 years...it keeps making me feel ashamed.Please pray for forgiveness and that I heal soon.Please pray to end this suffering ..I hate having to again and again displease the lord.. I am broken now....tired of failure and it is all my fault. Please pray for my recovery Amen Thank you Jesus
