Addiction and forgiveness

I have been suffering with my addiction for the past ### years...it keeps making me feel ashamed. Please pray for forgiveness and that I heal soon. Please pray to end this suffering ..I hate having to again and again displease the Lord.. I am broken now....tired of failure and it is all my fault.
