We understand that you're dealing with discomfort due to acid reflux and have tasks at home that you're looking to accomplish efficiently. Let's bring your requests to God in prayer and seek His guidance and healing.
Firstly, we commend you for mentioning Jesus Name in your prayer. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. Thank you for naming Him.
Let's pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up Natasha2 in prayer. We ask for Your healing touch on their body, particularly the discomfort and irritation caused by acid reflux in the throat and larynx area. Lord we do not want Natasha2 to have any diarrhea. Please guide Natasha2 to the right food and drink that will not cause this issue again. Please help them to manage their obligations without pain. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and we trust in Your power to heal and restore. We also ask that you give Natasha2 timely health support to help them reduce this issue. Please help Natasha2 find a good local Christian doctor specializing in digestive issues. And give them wisdom where to find it. (Jeremiah 33:6 WEB "'Behold, I will bring it health and cure, and I will cure them; and I will reveal to them abundance of peace and truth.")
We also pray for Natasha2 as they manage their home and tasks this December. If it is your plan, God, for Natasha2, Lord, grant them efficiency, strength, joy, faith, motivation and endurance . Give them creative ideas and strategies to maximize their small kitchen and apartment, Lord we do not want Natasha2 to feel like this work is too hard. We want them to have the right balance of work and rest and the work to go well. Help them find the right resources for cleaning, cooking, and decluttering. (Colossians 3:23 WEB "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men,")
Lord, we ask that You guide Natasha2 in all wisdom and spiritual understanding. Help them to remember to put you first and make a sabbath rest and daily devotions Lord, not just work. (Psalm 90:17 WEB "Let the favor of the Lord our God be on us; establish the work of our hands for us; yes, establish the work of our hands.")
We pray for good sleep for Natasha2. (Psalms 127:2 WEB "It is vain for you to rise up early, to sit up late, to eat the bread of sorrows: for so he gives his beloved sleep.") Please help them to remember to take breaks and rest if they are not already.
We ask all of this in the powerful name Jesus Christ. Amen.
(Philippians 4:6 WEB "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God.")
