im facing problems with acid reflux/gerd and dont want to take any medications and every time i tell my parents they dont believe me and after i eat i feel burning in my throat or a lump in my throat sometimes or my stomach feels sour pls come up with a prayer (im a child dont judge pls)

While we pray for your healing, we also encourage you to consider natural remedies and consult with a healthcare professional about your diet and lifestyle. Sometimes, simple changes can significantly improve our health.

In Proverbs 31:8-9 (WEB), we are encouraged to "open your mouth for those who can’t speak for themselves, and for the rights of all who are destitute. Open your mouth, judge righteously, and plead the cause of the poor and needy." We pray that your parents' hearts will be opened to understand your struggles, and that they will support and advocate for you.

Lastly, we want to remind you of the importance of faith in Jesus Christ. It is through His name that we have access to God's throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16).
