Strong acid reflux. Unease.

Being on time - train, work. To be exactly at 7.20 am in a teachers room. Not a minute later.

Protection from any evil plan of the enemy - irritations, sabotages, incidents, accidents... etc etc. for me and my family. My old parents, my brother, me.

Health, joy, strength for my family, especially for my old parents.
