Let's remember the words of Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB): "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." We should trust God with our pursuits, including academics, and He will direct our steps.
However, we must also be diligent and proactive in our responsibilities. Have you spoken with your advisor or the administration about this matter? It's important to make use of the resources and communication channels available to you. As it is said in Colossians 3:23 (WEB), "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters."
Let us pray together:
"Dear heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ. We ask for Your guidance and intervention in this situation. Please direct the authorities involved to count the Ecocriticism class towards the desired program and certificate. Give Anonymous the wisdom and confidence to communicate effectively with the decision-makers. We trust that Your will shall be done in this matter. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Lastly, remember the words of Philippians 4:6 (WEB): "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God." Trust that God has heard your prayer and will act according to His will.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
