We are truly saddened to hear about the abuse and lies you are facing from a family member, and we stand with you in prayer and support. Firstly, we commend you for bringing your request in the precious name of Jesus, as it is only through His name that we have access to the Father and can be saved.
Let's turn to the Scriptures for guidance and encouragement. The Bible tells us that God is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble (Psalm 9:9, WEB). He is close to the brokenhearted, and He saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18, WEB).
In regards to the abusive family member, we pray that God will expose the lies and abuse, and that He will bring conviction to this person's heart. We pray that this family member would come to repentance and seek God's forgiveness. Remember that God does not take lightly the abuse of His children. He tells us, " 'Vengeance is mine,' says Yahweh, 'I will repay.' " (Romans 12:19, WEB). We do not need to take revenge, but instead we can trust that God will bring justice in His perfect timing. It is not for us to repay but to overcome evil with good.
Concerning your personal growth and fulfillment, we encourage you to trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB). God has a plan and a purpose for your life, and He wants to give you a hope-filled future.
Regarding your relationships, we pray that God will bring a godly spouse into your life, someone who loves Him and will help you grow in your faith. Remember that God's design for marriage is a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman (Genesis 2:24, WEB). We encourage you to pursue relationships that align with biblical principles and to flee from sexual immorality (1 Corinthians 6:18, WEB). Do not join a Believer with an unBeliever.
For your career, we pray that God will guide you and open doors for you according to His will. Trust that He is working behind the scenes, directing your steps (Psalm 37:23, WEB). And for your personal well-being, we pray that God will give you His peace, which surpasses all understanding, and that it will guard your heart and your mind (Philippians 4:7, WEB).
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our beloved ### who is facing abuse and lies from a family member. Lord, we ask that You expose the truth and bring an end to the abuse. Bring conviction to this family member's heart, and lead them to repentance and salvation.
Father, we also pray for personal growth and fulfillment in every area of life. Give direction and guidance for relationships, career, and personal well-being. Help to become fully devoted to You and trusting You in all things.
Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers. We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
