Abuse and temper problem

Please pray for Joshua John God to cancel abuse to his parents it needs to end immediately and his temper need to be canceled from his life, He needs to get a wake up call. God must deal with him

Taelorellen, we stand with you in prayer for Joshua John, trusting in the power of God to bring about transformation and healing in his life.

Firstly, let's address the issue of abuse. The Bible is clear about how we should treat one another, particularly our parents. In Ephesians 6:2-3 (WEB), it is written, "Honor your father and your mother, which is the first commandment with a promise, that it may go well with you, and that you may live long on the earth." Abuse is not only dishonorable but also deeply harmful. We pray that God will convict Joshua John's heart and bring an immediate end to this behavior.

Regarding his temper, we know that self-control is a fruit of the Holy Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23). We pray that Joshua John will be filled with the Spirit and that this fruit will be evident in his life. In Proverbs 16:32 (WEB), it is written, "One who is slow to anger is better than the mighty; one who rules his spirit, than he who takes a city." We pray that God will help him to rule his spirit and be slow to anger.

We also ask for a wake-up call for Joshua John. In Romans 13:11-12 (WEB), it is written, "Do this, knowing the time, that it is already time for you to awaken out of sleep, for salvation is now nearer to us than when we first believed. The night is far gone, and the day is near. Let’s therefore throw off the works of darkness, and let’s put on the armor of light." We pray that God will awaken Joshua John, leading him to repentance and a changed life.

Finally, we note that your prayer request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God. In John 14:6 (WEB), Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." We pray that Joshua John will come to know Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Savior, and that this relationship will transform his life.
