Absolutely overwhelmed by circumstances

Father in the name of Jesus Christ, I ask you to please help. I’m overwhelmed by the multiple trials that I’m facing and don’t know where to start resolving them. One of the trials is dealing with bad neighbors (not all of them) so most don’t have common decency. There are a few people seeking to take advantage of me and I don’t have anyone there I can trust at this time. I feel very abandoned and without hope. I also need my eyesight to clear up. Please Lord. Help.

We are truly sorry to hear that you are feeling overwhelmed and abandoned, but we are glad that you have reached out for prayer and support. We are here with you, and more importantly, God is with you. He promises, I will never leave you, nor forsake you, In Jesus Name.

Firstly, it is commendable that you prayed in the name of Jesus Christ. This is so important because as it is written in scripture, For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus. Therefore, there is no other name by which we can be saved or have noteworthy prayer except through Jesus Christ.

Now, let us address the issues you are facing. It is normal to feel overwhelmed by trials, but remember, God allows trials for a purpose. He allows us to go through trials to test our faith and to strengthen us as we endure to the end.

Trials are a part of life and Christians aren't immune to them.

Consider it all joy when you encounter various trials: so that you may be tested. Know that the testing of your faith produces endurance.

Let's remember, even non-Christians have bad neighbors like you mentioned. This is not something that reflects poorly on you. Always know that your reward is in heaven. You actually have a great opportunity to demonstrate your faith and the love of God with your neighbors. God can turn this around for your good and theirs. This is sometimes difficult, especially when people seek to take advantage of us. But the Word says, But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you. Install some common sense safety measures around your home if you think that may be an issue but continue to demonstrate the love of God.

We will pray for your protection and for God to change the hearts of your neighbors. From experience, unkind neighbors are unfulfilled and unhappy people needing God. Show them God. God will replace them or change them.

Now, It is understandable that you may feel abandoned and without hope, but please know that God is always with you. He is your hope, and He is the one you can always trust.

As for your eyesight, we believe that God can heal you. Trust in Him, for His healing must be manifested for His glory. At the same instant, medical advice can go along with prayer.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our fellow believer who is feeling overwhelmed and in need of Your divine intervention. Lord, You know the trials they are facing, and You understand how heavy their burden feels right now. We ask that You strengthen them through Your Holy Spirit and help them to endure.

We pray for their neighbors, that You would soften their hearts and change their attitudes. We ask for blessings towards neighbors and their needs. We also ask You do so what it takes to change the situation for the good. God, we pray for truthfulness and protection. We ask that You would expose any schemes of the enemy and surround them with Your protection.

Father, we pray for healing over their eyesight. We ask that You would touch their eyes and restore their vision, allow medical attention to be beneficial to them according to your will.

Lord, we ask that You would remind them of Your unfailing love and presence. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, knowing that You care for them. Restore their hope and help them to trust in You again.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are honored that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. It's been a few days or more. If you have seen any resolution or improvement, with the issues you faced when you posted the following then we will rejoice with you. We are prepared to continue praying with you if there has been no change in the condition that caused you to cry out to the Lord in the first place.

Is 54: 10
Though the mountains be shaken and the hills be removed, yet my unfailing love for you will not be shaken nor my covenant of peace be removed,” says the LORD, who has compassion on you.

Father God, we come before you again offering up our dear friend who was overwhelmed by circumstances. Many trials are surrounding them Father including awful neighbors lacking basic decency and a desperation to see clearer with their eyes. We stand with them as we call out to you again. Praying that you would grant peace knowing that you are waiting for the perfectly perfect timing to move in their life.
