About three years ago, I started losing weight and went from 427 pounds to about 260. In the last few months I have not been sticking to my program and have gained back 20 pounds. Please pray that God gives me strength to get back on track. Thank you.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You with hearts full of gratitude for the progress Topyn has made in the journey towards better health. Your Word reminds us in Philippians 4:13 that "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." We ask that You pour out Your strength and encouragement upon Topyn, enabling a return to the path of discipline and self-control.

Lord, we know that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20), and it is our duty to honor You with our physical well-being. Grant Topyn the wisdom to make healthy choices and the perseverance to stay committed to the program. In moments of weakness, may Your grace be sufficient, for Your power is made perfect in our weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9).

Father, we pray for a renewed spirit and a steadfast heart for Topyn. Let there be a sense of peace and assurance that each step taken in faith will be met with Your divine support. Surround Topyn with a supportive community and resources that will aid in this journey.
