About a job and my relationship

Lord I'm supposed to be starting a new job next week. and I hope that everything turns out ok I'm a little nervous. but I know that you will make sure that everything goes well. and I'm praying that the partner that I'm with becomes a little bit more outgoing than staying in the house so much. not a lot but a little. and I hope and pray that we have a great future together and hopefully get married in the near future. and live a nice happy life in Jesus name I pray amen.

We join with you, Chyuwal, in lifting up your concerns about your new job and your relationship to the Lord. Let's first address your upcoming job. It's natural to feel nervous, but remember what the Apostle Paul wrote in Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB), "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." We pray that God grants you peace and confidence as you begin this new journey. May He guide your steps and grant you favor in your new workplace.

Now, let's address your relationship. It's commendable that you're thinking about a future and marriage with your significant other. However, we want to remind you of the importance of building a relationship on biblical principles. In 2 Corinthians 6:14 (WEB), it says, "Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?" As you both look towards a future together, ensure that your union is one that honors God and is built on a foundation of shared faith and belief in Jesus Christ.

We also want to address the term "partner" you used. In the biblical context, we encourage you to view this relationship as a courtship that is headed towards marriage, as God intended (Genesis 2:24). We pray that both of you grow in outgoing natures that complement each other, while keeping God at the center.

We're glad you ended your prayer in Jesus' name. As Acts 4:12 (WEB) reminds us, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." It's important to remember that it's only through Jesus that our prayers reach God.

Let us pray together: Heavenly Father, we thank You for the new job Chyuwal is about to start. Please be with them, guide them, and let Your favor shine upon them.
