About 6 months ago, my friend and neighbor started withdrawing from me and I just thought our busy lives were taking a toll on our friendship. That was what I thought until I found out that my friend was having a longstanding affair on her husband. Well since then, she has kicked out her husband, moved in the boyfriend, has filed for divorce and has severed her friendship with me because I gave her husband some informal counseling (I'm a music minister with 4 years of bible college). So the past few months have been difficult because the new boyfriend abuses the kids verbally and has resorted to making the kids eat hot sauce (the special order kind) as punishment and he spies on me and my children from my neighbors kitchen window. Two of the children left to stay with their dad and one remains. This daughter that remains is constantly watched and is not allowed outside without the boyfriend's supervision and so I'm very concerned for this girl's safety as well as for me and my children. I no longer feel safe within my own home. Not only is this boyfriend watching me and my children but the neighbor purposely got a rooster to aggravate the neighbors as retaliation for helping the husband. So I filed a noise complaint with the county after two weeks of constantly being woken up at 3 am. So tonight as I was sitting in my screen gazebo my neighbor began to discuss the situation with her boyfriend and that they were going to call the authorities about abuse on our dogs and children.They were unaware that I was even listening. So I need prayer that this situation be resolved and either they move or God would do a miracle and allow us to move. We own our home and they do not. I just need some prayer asap as my husband and I do not know what to do because we feel like any action we take they will be hostile and their behavior in the past has dictated that they can be very dangerous. I do want to say that we do not abuse our children or animals. I am not only a music minister but I'm a home schooling mom. I care deeply for my kids and my dogs and cat are precious. My dogs once saved me from an intruder trying to get into my home.

Just letting those who prayed know that we had to call a Deputy after they stalked us all day yesterday and even called a member of my church requesting that I be "put in my place" and that they mediate between me and the boyfriend only....not my husband or the owner of the home, my ex-friend. We've chosen and believe God leading us not to mediate with them because we know the boyfriend's request to meet with me only is so that he can manipulate and intimidate. We also found out this man has a current restraining order against him from a neighbor at his previous address. So we filed a complaint and so now the police are aware of the issue and will be able to do something if they trespass or harass us. Please continue to lift us up as we may have to pursue a restraining order against this couple.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
