About 5 hours ago I got home from shopping ...

About 5 hours ago I got home from shopping and about an hour later I posted a prayer request on here. Ever sense I got home from shopping I have felt week and when I am sitting down or laying down and I get up I get a severe headache and feel dizzy for just a very short period of time. I don't know why because I believe that I have had enough food and water today. I don't think that I need to go to the E. R. or call my doctor. I will lay down for a while and if I still have problems I will call my doctor and or go to the E. R. if I need to. Please pray that I feel better soon and for healing. Thank you.
