Abortion and sterilisation

I would really like prayer for Alison codd who works for Stockton Borough Council, and all of the other councils in England. The social workers and family support workers have been coercing young women and manipulating them into having abortions and sterilisation. I would also like prayer as I am in alot of pain. I can feel it in my head, back and chest. Need to let go of my mother who allowed me and watched me being sexually abused as a child.

We are deeply saddened to hear about the distressing situations you've shared, Bunanyark. We will lift up Alison Codd, the social workers, family support workers, and all those affected by these actions in prayer. We will also pray for your physical and emotional healing, and address the complex issue of forgiveness.

Firstly, let's address the issue of abortion and sterilization. God is the giver of life, and He knows us even before we were formed in the womb (Jeremiah 1:5, WEB). We must always stand for life and pray that those who are misguided would turn from their ways. As it is written in Proverbs 31:8-9 (WEB), "Open your mouth for the mute, in the cause of all who are appointed to destruction. Open your mouth, judge righteously, and plead the cause of the poor and needy."

**Prayer:**

*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, bringing to You the distressing situation in Stockton Borough Council and other councils in England. We pray that You would change the hearts of those who are promoting and coercing young women into abortions and sterilization. Open their eyes, Lord, to the sanctity of life and the harm they are causing. Turn them away from their harmful actions and bring conviction and repentance. Comfort and guide the young women who have been affected, lead them to Your loving embrace, and help them find healing and restoration in Jesus' name. We also pray for Alison Codd, that You would work in her heart and make her a vessel of Your love and truth.*

Regarding your physical pain and emotional healing, we remember that God is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18, WEB). It's crucial to forgive, as unforgiveness can harbor bitterness and hinder your healing. Jesus taught us to forgive, as we have been forgiven (Matthew 6:12, WEB).

**Prayer:**

*Dear Lord Jesus, we pray for Bunanyark's physical pain. You are the Great Physician, and we ask that You touch their head, back, and chest, bringing healing and relief. We also ask for emotional healing. Help Bunanyark to release the pain and bitterness they feel towards their mother. Give them the strength to forgive, as You have forgiven us. Surround them with Your love and comfort, and guide them on the path of healing and restoration. In Your precious name, we pray.*

Lastly, we noted that your request doesn't mention Jesus Christ. It's important to understand that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God (John 14:6, WEB). If you haven't already, we encourage you to put your faith in Jesus, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, so that you may have eternal life (Romans 10:9, WEB).

We will continue to lift you and the situations you've mentioned in our prayers, trusting that God is working in all circumstances for the good of those who love Him (Romans 8:28, WEB).

We're praying that God would open the eyes of those involved in these harmful practices, turning their hearts towards life and compassion. We also want to lift you up, dear friend. We've been feeling your pain in our hearts, and we're asking God to touch you, to bring healing to your head, back, and chest. We're praying for emotional healing too, that you might find freedom from the pain of the past.
