Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, seeking Your divine intervention and comfort for ### in this time of deep sorrow and confusion. Lord, Your Word tells us in Psalm 34:18 that "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." We ask that You draw near to ###, providing the peace and understanding that only You can give.
Lord, we know that every life is precious in Your sight, as You have created all things and have a purpose for each one. In this moment of grief, we seek Your wisdom and clarity. James 1:5 reminds us, "If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you." We ask for Your guidance and revelation regarding the events of that day.
Father, we also seek Your justice and truth. As it is written in Isaiah 61:8, "For I, the Lord, love justice; I hate robbery and wrongdoing. In my faithfulness I will reward my people and make an everlasting covenant with them." May Your justice prevail, and may the truth be revealed in this situation.
Lord, we pray for healing and restoration for ###. In Jeremiah 30:17, You promise, "But I will restore you to health and heal your wounds,’ declares the Lord." We trust in Your promise and ask for Your healing touch upon ###'s heart and mind.
In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
