Firstly, let's address the concern that God hates you. Nothing could be further from the truth. God loves you deeply and unconditionally. As it is written in Romans 8:38-39 (WEB), "For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord."

Regarding your health, remember that God is able to heal and restore. Psalm 103:3 (WEB) says, "who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases." Trust in His power and goodness.
However, we also want to address the possible cause of this infection. The Bible teaches us to flee from sexual immorality (1 Corinthians 6:18). If this infection is a result of premarital or extramarital sex, we encourage you to repent and turn away from such actions. God forgives those who truly repent and seek His forgiveness. As it is written in 1 John 1:9 (WEB), "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."
We also noticed that you didn't mention the name of Jesus in your request. It's important to remember that it is through Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"
