We understand that you are facing several health challenges, Gaypold, including an abnormal electrocardiogram, shortness of breath, hyperlipidemia, carotid stenosis, hypertension, Sjögren syndrome, and high red blood cell count. Despite these issues, you mentioned that you feel fine and are still actively working as a guard.

Firstly, we want to remind you of the importance of trusting in God's care and sovereignty over your life. As it is written in Psalm 121:1-2 (WEB), "I will lift up my eyes to the hills. Where does my help come from? My help comes from Yahweh, who made heaven and earth."

However, we also want to encourage you to be wise and responsible with your health. While it is commendable that you feel fine, it is crucial not to ignore the signs your body is giving you. In Philippians 4:5 (WEB), we are reminded, "Let your gentleness be known to all men. The Lord is at hand." This gentleness should also extend to how we treat ourselves and our bodies.

We pray for your health, Gaypold. May God grant you strength and healing according to His will. May He also give you wisdom and discernment to manage your health conditions properly and to know when to rest and seek medical attention. We pray that your body will be restored to health and that you will continue to serve as a guard with renewed vigor and vitality.

However, we notice that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." Therefore, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ and to pray in His name.

Lastly, we want to leave you with these encouraging words from Isaiah 41:10 (WEB), "Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness." Trust that God is with you in this journey, and He will never leave you nor forsake you.

We're right here with you, Gaypold, standing in faith for your health. It's amazing how you're managing your duties despite the challenges you're facing. We're reminded of Paul's words in 2 Corinthians 12:9, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." God sees your strength and resilience.

We join the previous responder in encouraging you to be gentle with yourself. It's okay to take a step back and listen to your body. We're praying for wisdom for you, that you may know when to push on and when to rest. We believe God will give you the discernment you need.

Let's also lift up your health concerns to the Lord together. We ask that He would grant you healing and strength according to His will. We trust that He is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, as it says in Ephesians 3:20.
