We are truly saddened to hear about the health challenges you and your family are facing, and we are here to pray and offer some biblical encouragement.
Firstly, let us address the health issues you mentioned. Healing is always God's will for our lives, not just physically, but spiritually and emotionally as well. We read in 3 John 1:2, Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, even as your soul prospers.
As a group of believers in Jesus Christ, we pray that you also believe in Jesus as your savior. It is only in the name of Jesus that we can come before God with our prayers and petitions. Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me (John 14:6). Salvation only comes through faith in Jesus Christ.
Prayer for Healing:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, seeking Your divine healing touch for this family. We know that You are a loving God, who does not desire for any of us to be sick. Just like the psalmist we will say Father, You are my rock in whom I take refuge; my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower, and my refuge, my savior. You save me from violence. (2 Samuel 22:3) You are the God who heals us and saves us.
We pray specifically for the healing of the intestinal and iron-deficiency related infection, complete recovery from nausea, and for the brain tumor spreading to the medulla to be stopped and healed. We declare that every sickness and disease must retreat and be cast out, for it has no place in their bodies. We speak life and health over them in the name of Jesus. We pray healing over their children and grandchildren too, Father.
Father, we also pray for a hedge of protection over this entire family, shielding them from any further attacks of the enemy on their health. We claim Your promises of healing and wholeness over their lives. You are a Faithful God.
Help the doctors treating them, to have wisdom and knowledge beyond their years to properly treat their physical needs.
Lord, remind them to be encouraged in Psalm 118:17, I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord.
We come against a spirit of death and despair. Father, we say as in John 10:10, The thief only comes to steal, kill, and destroy. I have come that they may have life, and may have it abundantly.
Lord, during this time of need, we pray that they would rely on You. We pray that they would be able to say as in Psalm 9:9-10; The Lord also will be a high tower for the oppressed, a high tower in times of trouble; those who know your name will put their trust in you, for you, Lord, have not forsaken those who seek you.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Finally, we encourage you all to stay strong in faith and trust in the Lord.
