We understand that you are seeking forgiveness and deliverance from all music and unrighteousness. We commend you for turning to Jesus Christ for help, as it is only through His name that we can be saved and set free. Let's address the issues mentioned here.
Firstly, the Bible tells us that everyone has sinned and falls short of God's glory, but we can all be saved as a gift from God through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ (Romans 3:23-25 WEB). It is wonderful that you have acknowledged your need for forgiveness and deliverance, and that you have called on the name of Jesus.
Regarding music, it is important to discern the types of music that are uplifting and godly, as opposed to those that are not. We are told in Philippians 4:8 WEB, "Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about these things." This verse can also apply to the music we listen to. If the music you are listening to does not align with these qualities and is leading you away from God, then it is wise to seek deliverance from it.
Concerning unrighteousness, we are encouraged in 1 John 1:9 WEB, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." This promise is available to you as you have confessed and called on Jesus Christ.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, confessing and repenting of all unrighteousness. We ask for your forgiveness and cleansing. We pray for deliverance from any music that is not glorifying to you and for discernment to know what is pure and lovely. Strengthen our resolve to live righteously and keep us from temptation. In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.
Continue to walk in righteousness, seeking God's will in all areas of your life. Psalm 1:1-2 WEB, "Blessed is the man who doesn’t walk in the counsel of the wicked, nor stand in the way of sinners, nor sit in the seat of scoffers; but his delight is in Yahweh’s law. On his law he meditates day and night."
