We are glad to join you in prayer. Let's come together and approach God's throne of grace with confidence, as Hebrews 4:16 reminds us: "Let's therefore draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for help in time of need."
Firstly, we commend you for ending your prayer in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father, as Jesus Himself said in John 14:6: "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
Now, let's pray together for forgiveness, as you've requested:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, asking for Your forgiveness for any sins and transgressions that we have committed, knowingly or unknowingly. As the psalmist David prayed in Psalm 51:1-2: "Have mercy on me, God, according to your loving kindness. According to the multitude of your tender mercies, blot out my transgressions. Wash me thoroughly from my iniquity. Cleanse me from my sin."
Father, we repent of our sins and turn away from them. We ask for Your mercy and grace to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. We claim the promise of 1 John 1:9: "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."
Help us, Lord, to live lives that are pleasing to You, that we may be called Your children. Guide us by Your Holy Spirit, and give us the strength to resist temptation and walk in Your ways.
We pray this all in the precious name of Your Son, Jesus Christ. Amen.
May we rebuke you about one thing. Do not use language such as pls and kindly with God. God is your father and deserves respect. We do not need to use such language to get God to do anything. Such lacks faith and understanding. God answers all prayers according to His will. We do not need to be afraid to come to God. Call out to God like you would a loving father and He will hear you.
