We appreciate your humble heart seeking forgiveness. It's wonderful that you acknowledged the name of Jesus Christ, as it is only through Him that we have access to God. As it is written, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB).
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your forgiveness. We confess that we have sinned and fallen short of Your glory. We ask that You wash away our sins, and help us to turn from our wicked ways. Thank You for Your unfailing love and mercy. Help us to live a life pleasing to You, in Jesus Christ's name we pray. Amen.
Encourage yourself in God's forgiveness as promised in 1 John 1:9 (WEB), "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."
Walk in the freedom of God's forgiveness, and strive to live a life that honors Him. Remember, "As far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us" (Psalm 103:12 WEB).
