We are glad that you have come seeking forgiveness in Jesus' name. The Bible tells us in First John 1:9, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." It is only by the name of Jesus that we can approach God and seek His forgiveness.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this person who has humbly asked for Your forgiveness. Lord, You are merciful and kind, always ready to forgive when we come to You with a repentant heart. We confess the sins of this person to You, and we ask for Your cleansing and forgiveness. Help them to turn away from their sins and to walk in Your paths, for You are the God of salvation.
Thank You, Lord, for Your unfailing love and faithfulness. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue walking with God, seeking His will for your life. Remember the words of Jesus in John 8:11, "Neither do I condemn you. Go your way, and sin no more." Let this be an encouragement to you to live a life pleasing to God, knowing that His forgiveness is complete and His love for you is unending.
If there are any specific sins that you are struggling with, we encourage you to seek help from godly counselors or pastors in your life. Do not allow sin to have a hold on your life, but rather turn to God daily, seeking His strength and grace. As it says in First Corinthians 10:13, "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it."
May you progress in the Lord Jesus Christ, and may His will be done in your life.
