We understand that you are seeking prayer for success in a phone interview for a job. We are here to pray with you and encourage you in this process.
Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the power of Jesus' name in your request. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" It is only through Jesus that we have access to God, and it is in His name that we pray.
Before we pray, let's reflect on God's promises and His will for our lives. In Colossians 3:23-24 WEB, it says, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ." Remember that God calls us to work diligently and honestly, as if we are working for Him.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is preparing for a phone interview. We ask that You grant them the wisdom and discernment needed to answer each question with confidence and clarity. Guide their thoughts and words, and help them to present themselves honestly and professionally.
Lord, if this job is in accordance with Your will and purpose for their life, we pray that You would open the doors and pave the way for them to receive this employment opportunity. However, if this job is not part of Your plan, we ask that You would provide them with clear guidance and lead them to the right path.
In Jesus' name, we pray for peace and calmness to fill their heart as they prepare for this interview. Help them, Lord, not to be overcome by anxiety.
Father, we also pray for the interviewers, that You would grant them wisdom and discernment as they assess each candidate. Guide their decisions and help them to see the potential in our brother/sister if it is Your will.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
