We are glad to hear this is prayed in Jesus' name. We are glad to join you in prayer for forgiveness.
This is the most important thing to pray for. The Bible says in First John 1:9 (WEB),

"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."

Dear Lord, we come before You, confessing our sins and seeking Your forgiveness. We acknowledge that we have fallen short of Your glory and are in need of Your mercy. Thank You for Your faithfulness and righteousness, which assure us that when we confess our sins, You are faithful to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. Help us to turn away from our sins and to live in a way that pleases You. Guide us by Your Holy Spirit, and give us the strength to follow Your will. We ask this in Jesus Christ name.

Lord Jesus, we come before You, laying bare our hearts and confessing our sins. We know we've fallen short, but we're so grateful for Your unfailing love and mercy. Thank You for being faithful to forgive and cleanse us, just as Your Word promises. Help us to turn away from our sins and walk in Your light. Fill us with Your Holy Spirit, guide our steps, and give us the strength to live a life that pleases You. We ask this in Your precious name, Jesus. Amen.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
