Let's keep praying, even if it feels quiet. "The Lord is close to all who call on Him" (Ps 145:18). God's working, even in stillness. "Be still, and know that I am God" (Ps 46:10). Trust His timing!
We are glad to hear that you are seeking forgiveness from the Lord. It is only in the name of Jesus Christ that we can approach God and seek His forgiveness. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this person who has humbly asked for Your forgiveness. Lord, You are merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abounding in steadfast love and faithfulness. You have promised that if we confess our sins, You are faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9 WEB).
Father, we confess our sins before You and ask for Your forgiveness. Cleanse us from all unrighteousness and help us to walk in Your ways. Give us the strength to turn away from our sins and to live a life that is pleasing to You.
Thank You, Lord, for Your unfailing love and forgiveness. Help us to extend that same forgiveness to others, just as You have forgiven us.
Please continue to encourage and equip this individual in Jesus Name.
