We are glad that you have come seeking forgiveness in Jesus' name. It is wonderful that you acknowledged the Lord and ended your request in Jesus' name because it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. There is no other name by which can be saved. Jesus said "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me" John 14:6 WEB.
As it is written: "because if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation. For the Scripture says, "Whoever believes in him will not be disappointed." For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; for the same Lord is Lord of all, and is rich to all who call on him. For, "Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved." Romans 10:9-13 WEB.
Let us pray for you that you are truly sorry for your sins, repent, and seek God with all your heart, mind, soul, and strength:
Almighty God, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, we plead the blood of Jesus Christ over our lives and families as we pray for forgiveness and repentance.
Lord, you said in your word, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." 1 John 1:9 WEB.
Father, forgive us for we have fallen short of your glory. Give us a heart of flesh that beats for you and a spirit that is steadfast to follow you. May we be not just hearers of the word but doers also.
Lord, uproot and remove all sin and unrighteousness in our lives. Give us the mind of Christ that we may overcome sin and temptation. Thank you for the forgiveness of sins, in Jesus' name, amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
