Firstly, it is wonderful that you acknowledged the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer. It is only through His name that we have access to God and salvation. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
Now, let us address your requests.
For forgiveness, the Bible assures us that if we confess our sins, God is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness 1 John 1:9 WEB. So, let us confess our sins to Him and receive His forgiveness.
Regarding the toilet issue, while it may seem like a mundane request, God cares about every aspect of our lives. As it is written in 1 Peter 5:7 WEB: "casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you."
Lastly, for the change in behavior, God is always ready to help us change and become more like Him. As it is written in Philippians 1:6 WEB: "being confident of this very thing, that he who began a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ."

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your forgiveness, Your help, and Your guidance.
Firstly, we confess our sins to You and ask for Your forgiveness. Cleanse us from all unrighteousness and make us new in You.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
