We understand that you are seeking employment and desire to be a light for God at your new job. We appreciate that you have acknowledged Jesus Christ in your prayer request. It is wonderful to see your desire to glorify God in your workplace.

Let us remember.

Matthew 5:16 "Let your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven".

We should always strive to be a positive influence on others, reflecting the love and goodness of God in all that we do.

Firstly, we must be diligent and faithful in our job search, trusting that God has a purpose and a plan for our lives.

Proverbs 3:5-6 "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

Let us pray together.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up ### in prayer. We ask that You would open up the right job opportunity for them, a job that aligns with Your will and purpose for their life. We pray that You would guide their steps and direct their path, giving them favor in the eyes of potential employers.

We also pray that You would equip ### to be a light for You at their new job. Give them the wisdom, courage, and strength to stand for You and to reflect Your love and goodness to those around them. May their coworkers and employers see something different in them, something that points to You.

We ask all this in Jesus Christ name. Amen.

We will be patient and persistent in our job search, knowing that God is faithful and that He will provide in His perfect timing. Trust in Him and do not give up hope. He is always working for our good and for His glory.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You. Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness.
