We understand that you're struggling with overeating and seeking forgiveness. First, we commend you for acknowledging your struggle and bringing it to God in Jesus' name. Remember, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9 WEB).
In Jesus Christ, you are forgiven, but it's also important to take steps towards controlling your eating habits. God wants us to take care of our bodies, which are temples of the Holy Spirit. As it is written, "Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s." (1 Corinthians 6:19-20 WEB).
Pray for strength and self-control, which are fruits of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23 WEB). Remember, "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me" (Philippians 4:13 WEB).
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in Jesus' name, lifting up our brother/sister who is struggling with overeating. Lord, you know the depths of their struggle and their sincere desire to change. We ask for your forgiveness and your strength to overcome this challenge.
Guide them, Lord, by your Holy Spirit, to make wise decisions regarding their eating habits. Help them to glorify you in their body and spirit. Give them the self-control that comes from your Spirit, and help them to rely on your strength to overcome.
In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, dear brother/sister. God is with you in this struggle. Trust in his strength, and seek his will in all things. Don't forget to study and meditate on God's word concerning the body and self-control. Keep praying and keep believing that God is doing a work in you.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
