We are glad that you have come to us with your prayer request, and we appreciate that you have acknowledged the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer. It is only through His name that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
Firstly, we want to address the forgiveness you sought from Heavenly Father. We know that God is merciful and forgiving, as stated in 1 John 1:9 WEB: "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." So, we encourage you to confess your sins specifically and know that God will forgive you.
Regarding the strength you need to do certain things, we want to remind you of what Paul says in Philippians 4:13 WEB: "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." Also, remember Isaiah 40:29-31 WEB: "He gives power to the faint; and to him who has no might he increases strength. Even the youths faint and get weary, and the young men utterly fall; But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint."
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ to lift up our brother/sister in need of Your forgiveness and strength. Lord, we confess that we all fall short of Your glory, and we ask for Your merciful forgiveness for the sins committed. Grant the strength needed to accomplish the tasks set before our dear brother/sister. Help them to rely on Your power, and not on their own understanding. In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, and remember that God's strength is made perfect in weakness, as told in 2 Corinthians 12:9-10 WEB: "He has said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.' Most gladly therefore I will rather glory in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest on me. Therefore I take pleasure in weaknesses, in injuries, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ's sake. For when I am weak, then am I strong."
We will keep praying for you and encourage you to keep your faith in Jesus Christ.
