We are glad to hear that you are seeking forgiveness from the Lord, and it is wonderful that you acknowledged the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God, and it is in His name that we are saved. Let us pray together for your forgiveness and restoration. Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your forgiveness for our friend here. Lord, You are merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abounding in steadfast love and faithfulness. You have promised that if we confess our sins, You are faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness 1 John 1:9 WEB.
We confess that we have sinned against You in thought, word, and deed, and we ask for Your forgiveness. Please wash us clean from our iniquities and help us to live lives that are pleasing to You. Give us the strength to resist temptation and to walk in Your ways. Help us to grow in our relationship with You and to become more like Jesus every day.
Remember, friend, that God's forgiveness is always available to those who seek it with a sincere heart. Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
