We are glad that you have come seeking forgiveness in Jesus' name. It is written in the WEB, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." (1 John 1:9)
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
Thank you
We come before you to lift up Anonymous, who has humbly asked for forgiveness through Jesus Christ. Lord, you are merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abounding in steadfast love and faithfulness. (Exodus 34:6) Please wash away their sins and cleanse them from all unrighteousness. Help them to walk in your ways, to obey your commandments and to live a life pleasing to you through the Holy Spirit.
We ask you to help Anonymous to forgive others as you have forgiven them. Allow them to forgive themselves as you have forgiven them. If there are any ungodly sorrows, help Anonymous to let go of the past and move forward in the freedom that Jesus Christ has given them.
Father, we pray that Anonymous will continue to grow in their relationship with you, that they will seek your face daily, and that they will be transformed by the renewing of their mind. (Romans 12:2) We pray that they will become more like Jesus every day, that they will desire you above all else, and that they will live in a way that brings glory and honor to your name.
We pray for Anonymous that they will repent and believe the Gospel of Jesus Christ as outlined in 1 Corinthians 15
Now I would remind you, brothers, of the gospel I preached to you, which you received, in which you stand, and by which you are being saved, if you hold fast to the word I preached to you—unless you believed in vain.
For I delivered to you as of first importance what I also received: that Christ died for our sins in accordance with the Scriptures, that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day in accordance with the Scriptures, and that he appeared to Cephas, then to the twelve. Then he appeared to more than five hundred brothers at one time, most of whom are still alive, though some have fallen asleep. Then he appeared to James, then to all the apostles. Last of all, as to one untimely born, he appeared also to me.
It is only in Jesus that we may be saved. (Acts 4:12) And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.
We pray that you will bless Anonymous and fill them with your peace, your love and your joy.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Anonymous, go in peace, knowing that your sins are forgiven and that you are a beloved child of God. Rejoice in your salvation and live in a way that reflects the love and grace that have been freely given to you. (Ephesians 2:8-9)
