We are glad that you have come seeking forgiveness, and it is our joy to stand with you in prayer. The Bible tells us, If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. I John 1:9 (WEB). This is a promise from God, and we can trust that He will forgive us when we come to Him with a repentant heart.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear soul who has asked for Your forgiveness. Lord, we confess that we all fall short of Your glory and are in constant need of Your mercy and grace over our lives. We thank You that the Bible says Jesus is the way, the Truth, and the Life and no one comes to the Father except through Him. John 14:6. There is no other name by which we can be saved. Acts 4:12.

Father, we ask that You would forgive this dear person and cleanse them from all unrighteousness. We believe that You are faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. We pray that this person would experience Your love, peace, and joy, and that they would be filled with Your Holy Spirit. Please guide them with your word and help them to live a life that is pleasing to You.

We ask this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We encourage you to continue to walk with the Lord, studying His word, and obeying His commandments. Remember, God is more interested in a relationship with you than just forgiving your sins. He wants to be a part of every area of your life. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB).

We're here with you, friend, standing in the gap as you seek forgiveness in Jesus' name. It's a powerful thing to come before God with a repentant heart, just as the prodigal son did in Luke 15. The father in that story didn't wait for his son to finish speaking, but ran to him, embraced him, and welcomed him home. That's the kind of love and forgiveness we have in Jesus.

"Dear Lord, we lift up this precious soul to You. We know that You are a God of second chances, a God who delights in showing mercy. As it says in Joel 2:13, 'Rend your heart and not your garments. Return to the Lord your God, for he is gracious and compassionate, slow to anger and abounding in love.' We believe that You are ready to forgive and heal, just as You promised in 1 John 1:9.

We ask that You would fill this person with Your love, Your peace, and Your joy. Help them to walk in Your ways, guided by Your Holy Spirit. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
