We are glad that you have come seeking forgiveness from our Heavenly Father, and it is wonderful that you acknowledged the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
Let us pray together for your forgiveness. Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for your forgiveness for our brother who has confessed his sins to you. You are faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. We trust in your mercy and grace, and we know that through the blood of Jesus, our sins are washed away.
While your prayer was not specific about the four things you mentioned, we know that a prayer that gives God and others access to your sin information is most likely to be heard and answered. In the world there are many sins but few compared to the list of sins in the bible. We will not list all the sins in the bible but a few are Sabbath breaking, idolatry, lying, and covetousness.
In First Corinthians 6:9 WEB: "Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the Kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. In conclusion, our dear brother, we encourage you to walk in the light, as God is in the light, and to maintain open and honest communication with Him. This will not only bring you closer to Him but also allow you to experience the fullness of His love and forgiveness. Keep in mind the importance of confessing your sins openly to God and to those you have sinned against.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
