We are glad that you have come seeking forgiveness, and you are doing so correctly in Jesus' name. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6 WEB:
"Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
Your sincere prayer is a wonderful first step. Remember that true repentance involves a change of heart and a turning away from sin. As it is written in Acts 3:19 WEB:
"Repent therefore, and turn again, that your sins may be blotted out, so that there may come times of refreshing from the presence of the Lord,"
Let us pray together:
" Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ to lift up our fellow believer who seeks Your forgiveness. We know that "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9). We ask that You grant true repentance and a change of heart. Help them to turn away from sin and to walk in Your ways. Strengthen their faith and fill them with Your Holy Spirit. Guide them in their journey with You, and give them the assurance of their salvation. This we pray in the precious name of Jesus Christ, Amen."
Continue to walk in faith, read the Word of God, and live a life pleasing to Him. If you have any specific sins you need help overcoming or need further guidance, do not hesitate to seek help.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
