We appreciate your humble heart and desire to seek forgiveness from our Heavenly Father. It's wonderful that you acknowledged the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer, as it is through Him that we have access to God and salvation. As it is written in the World English Bible (WEB), "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5).
Let us pray together for your forgiveness:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your mercy and forgiveness for our brother/sister. Lord, they have come to You with a repentant heart, seeking to be forgiven for two things they did. We do not need to know the details of the wrongs because all sin is sin and separates us from You. Scripture tells us, 'If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness' (1 John 1:9 WEB).
Father, we ask that You would forgive them and cleanse them from all unrighteousness. Help them to turn away from these sins and to walk in Your ways. Give them the strength to overcome any temptation and to live a life that is pleasing to You.
We also pray that they would continue to grow in their relationship with You, seeking Your will for their life. We ask this all in the precious name of Jesus Christ, who gave His life that we might be forgiven and have eternal life. Amen."
Remember, dear believer, that once you have confessed your sins and asked for forgiveness, you are cleansed and made new and told to go and sin no more. Do not allow the past to haunt you. Let your focus be on the grace and mercy of God.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
