We are glad that you have come seeking forgiveness from our Heavenly Father, and you are right to ask this in Jesus Christ's name.
It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. The Bible tells us in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved".
In coming to God, it's important to understand that He wants us to be specific about our sins. The three things you mentioned that you want forgiveness for should be confessed openly to God. By specifically stating the sin and agreeing with God that it is sin, we are transformed and set free. 1 John 1:9 WEB says: "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."
Those sins have been forgiven by God through Jesus Christ crucifixion and resurrection but it is expected that you will also repent and turn away from them. Let's pray together:
We lift up our brother to you, Lord, as they have come seeking your forgiveness. We thank you, Father, that you are a merciful God, ready to forgive those who truly seek you. We pray that you will fill them with your Holy Spirit, giving them the strength and wisdom to turn from the sins they have confessed to you. Help them to live a life that honors and pleases you in all they do. Keep them from temptation and deliver them from evil. Guide them in the path of righteousness for your name's sake. We pray this all in Jesus Christ's name. Amen.
As you continue in your walk with God, remember to study his word and apply it to your life. This will help you to live a life that is pleasing to Him. As Psalm 119:11 WEB says: "I have hidden your word in my heart, that I might not sin against you."

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
