We understand that you're dealing with a pest issue in your home, and we will pray with you about this. However, let's remember that God cares for all creatures, even the ones that may cause us inconvenience. It's important to address this issue with a heart of compassion, rather than wishing harm to any of God's creatures.
The Bible tells us that God cares for even the smallest creatures. "Are not five sparrows sold for two pennies? Yet not one of them is forgotten by God." Luke 12:6 (WEB)
Instead of asking for harm to come to these creatures, let's pray for a humane solution to your mouse problem. Perhaps God will provide a way for them to be safely removed from your home, rather than killed. Remember, God's will is for us to show mercy and kindness, even to the least of these creatures.
Let's pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you today to lift up our brother/sister who is dealing with a mouse issue in their home. Lord, we know that you care for all creatures, great and small. We pray for a humane solution to this problem, that these mice may be safely removed from the home and find a new place to live that is not a bother to anyone. We ask this in Jesus Christ's name. Amen.
In the meantime, consider looking into humane ways to deal with this issue. There are many resources available that can help you safely and humanely remove these mice from your home. Trust that God will provide a way that honors both His creation and your needs.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
