We are grateful for your humble heart and your desire to seek God's forgiveness and guidance. It is wonderful that you acknowledged the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer, as it is only through Him that we have access to God and salvation. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Firstly, let us address your request for forgiveness. We all fall short of the glory of God and need His forgiveness. As it says in 1 John 1:9 WEB, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." So, let us confess our sins to Him and receive His forgiveness.
Now, regarding fasting, it is a powerful spiritual discipline that can help us draw closer to God and seek His will. In Matthew 6:16-18 WEB, Jesus teaches us about fasting: "Moreover when you fast, do not be like the hypocrites, with a sad face. For they disfigure their faces, that they may be seen by men to be fasting. Most certainly I tell you, they have received their reward. But you, when you fast, anoint your head, and wash your face; so that you are not seen by men to be fasting, but by your Father who is in secret, and your Father, who sees in secret, will reward you."
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your forgiveness and guidance. We confess our sins to You and ask that You cleanse us from all unrighteousness. Lord, guide Anonymous and help them to fast when You need them to. Give them the strength and discipline to seek You diligently. Help us to be sincere in our relationship to You and not fast in hypocrisy. Help us to keep a clean face and appearance, and be secretly rewarded by You, God, as You see us secretly. In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.
May God guide you and strengthen you as you seek Him through fasting.
