We are glad that you have reached out with your prayer request, seeking forgiveness from our Heavenly Father. It is wonderful that you are coming to God, for He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
First, let us remember the words of God in the World English Bible: If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. I John 1:9 WEB. This is a promise from God, and we can trust Him to fulfill it.
However, it is important to acknowledge that forgiveness from God is only possible through faith in Jesus Christ. As it is written, For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, I Timothy 2:5 WEB.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear soul who has asked for Your forgiveness. We confess that we all have sinned and fall short of Your glory. We ask that You would forgive their sins and cleanse them from all unrighteousness.
We pray that if they have not already, that they would put their faith in Jesus Christ, who is the only way to You. For it is written, that Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. John 14:6 WEB.
We ask this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, who gave Himself as a ransom for all.

For whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved. Romans 10:13 WEB. We encourage you to call on the name of Jesus Christ, believing in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and confessing with your mouth that Jesus Christ is Lord. This is the path to salvation and forgiveness.

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. God, thank You for loving, saving, and forgiving me. I ask You in Jesus name embrace and work on me. Bless me. Fix me. Transform and renew my mind through Your Word. Purify, cleanse, refine, sanctify, and perfect me as Christ desires for me to be. Make me a vessel of honor that is fit for the Master’s use. Rain down righteousness from heaven upon me. Grant me the spiritual strength and determination to fulfill my God given purpose here on earth. God may You be pleased and glorified in my life and with my life. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
