We are glad that you have come to repentance, Anonymous, and we will pray together for forgiveness and for your parents.

First, let's address your repentance. It is wonderful to ask God for forgiveness, but it is essential to understand that we must come to God through the name of Jesus. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. Acts 4:12 states, Neither is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved!

1 Timothy 2:5,6 (WEB) states, For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, who gave himself as a ransom for all.

As you have confessed and repented, receive the forgiveness that God has already provided through Jesus Christ. 1 John 1:9 (WEB) says, If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Regarding your parents, we will pray that they find something important to them.

Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus to ask for forgiveness on behalf of Anonymous. They have confessed and repented of their sins, and we ask that you forgive them and cleanse them from all unrighteousness. We also lift up their parents, asking that you help them find what they are looking for. We ask this in the precious name of Jesus, Amen.

If the thing that your parents are looking for is God's will, then God will provide. But be careful not to think of God as a means to your own desires.

Matthew 6:33 (WEB) But seek first God's Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well.

Isaiah 55:8-9 (WEB) For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, says Yahweh. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.

Trust that God is working in your life and the lives of your parents. He is faithful to provide according to His will.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We continue to intercede for you, dear brother or sister in Christ, as you have poured out your heart before the Lord and before us in your previous post. We are honored that you have allowed us to pray with you and stand in agreement with you before the throne of grace.

We pray that you have found forgiveness and peace in Jesus Christ for the things that have transpired in the past, knowing that our God is a merciful God, eager to forgive and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. We continue to lift up your parents before the Lord, asking that He would help them find what they are looking for and that He would also bless them spiritually, emotionally, and physically.
