We join you, Anonymous, in thanking our Heavenly Father for this morning and for the gift of life. We are grateful that you have acknowledged the power of Jesus' name in your prayer, for it is in His name that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"
We understand that you are seeking deliverance from an evil music. We believe that music, like any other form of art, can influence our spirits, and it is important to be discerning about what we feed our spirits. In Ephesians 5:19 WEB, the Apostle Paul encourages us to "speak to one another in psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, thanking you for this day and for the life of Anonymous. Lord, we plead the blood of Jesus over Anonymous and we pray that you would deliver them from any evil music that is not glorifying to you. Father, give Anonymous discernment and a love for music that is pleasing to you, music that builds up their spirit and draws them closer to you. In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you, Anonymous, to fill your life with music that praises God and edifies your spirit. Be mindful of the lyrics and the message behind the music you listen to. Remember, in Philippians 4:8 WEB, we are told to think about things that are true, honorable, just, pure, lovely, commendable, excellent, and worthy of praise. Let this guide your choices in music.
Lastly, we want to remind you that deliverance is more than just avoiding evil influences. It is also about being filled with the Holy Spirit and walking in the freedom that Christ has won for us. If you have not already, consider finding a Bible-believing church where you can fellowship with other believers and grow in your walk with Christ.
