We are glad that you have come seeking forgiveness. The Bible tells us:
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
1 John 1 : 9
If anyone would confess to God all his sins and pray for forgiveness as we are sure you are doing now then God forgives. It is that simple. Your sins are forgiven. Regardless of your request ending "In Jesus Name", this all assumes that you are already a Christian Believer as there is no other name to be saved in:
Jesus will stand before the governor, and the governor will ask him, "Are you the King of the Jews?" Jesus will say to him, "So you say." 12 When he was accused by the chief priests and elders, he answered nothing. 13 Then Pilate said to him, "Don't you hear how many things they testify against you?" 14 He gave him no answer, not even one word, so that the governor marveled greatly. 15 Now at the feast the governor was accustomed to release to the multitude one prisoner, whom they desired. 16 They had then a notable prisoner, called Barabbas. 17 When therefore they were gathered together, Pilate said to them, "Which of the two do you want me to release to you?" They said, "Barabbas!" 18 Pilate said to them, "What then shall I do to Jesus, who is called Christ?" They all said to him, "Let him be crucified!" 19 But the governor said, "Why? What evil has he done?" But they cried out exceedingly, saying, "Let him be crucified!" 20 So when Pilate saw that nothing was being gained, but rather that a disturbance was starting, he took water, and washed his hands before the multitude, saying, "I am innocent of the blood of this righteous person. You see to it." 21 All the people answered, "May his blood be on us, and on our children!" 22 Then he released to them Barabbas, but Jesus he flogged and delivered to be crucified. 23 Then the governor's soldiers took Jesus into the Praetorium, and gathered to him the whole garrison. 24 They stripped him, and put on him a scarlet robe. 25 They braided a crown of thorns and put it on his head, and a reed in his right hand; and they kneeled down before him, and mocked him, saying, "Hail, King of the Jews!" 26 They spit on him, and took the reed and struck him on the head. 27 When they had mocked him, they took the robe off of him, and put his clothes on him, and led him away to crucify him. 28 As they came out, they found a man of Cyrene, Simon by name, and they compelled him to go with them, that he might carry his cross.
Matthew 27:11-28 World English Bible
Jesus was sinless and died on the cross where he took your sins and the sin of the world on his shoulders so that you may live forever. Pray then for salvation:
Lord Jesus, I repent of my sins. Come into my heart, Lord Jesus. I make you my Savior and Lord, and I will follow you all my life long. Amen.
We celebrate you coming to Jesus!
Heavenly Father, we thank you for the forgiveness you have granted. We thank you for your love and mercy. May you 'keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on him' from Isaiah 26 : 3. Amen!
