Pursuing people in this manner, especially when it's not directed towards godly marriage, can lead to temptation and sin.

Instead, let's pray for God to give you a pure heart and mind, focused on Him and His will for your life. Remember, God's plan is for you to have a godly spouse, not to be entangled in lust or impure desires. Trust in Him to bring the right person into your life at the right time.

Regarding the removal of pride, we're encouraged to humble ourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt us in due time (1 Peter 5:6 WEB). Pride can lead to many other sins and hinders our relationship with God. Let's pray for a humble spirit, remembering that Jesus Himself was humble and gentle at heart (Matthew 11:29 WEB).

In your workplace, behaving appropriately is a testament to your faith and character. We're reminded to work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men (Colossians 3:23 WEB).
