We understand that you, ###, are seeking God's guidance in finding a good person and a worker for the job. We commend you for bringing your requests to God, and we will join you in prayer.

Firstly, we want to remind you of the promise in Matthew 7:7-8 WEB, "Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you. For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened." God wants us to come to Him with our needs, and He is faithful to provide.

However, we want to encourage you to align your requests with God's will. When praying for a good person, we assume you mean a godly spouse. The Bible teaches us to be equally yoked (2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB), so we pray that God will bring a believing spouse into your life, if it is His will. Remember, God's timing is perfect, and He knows the desires of your heart.

As for your request for a worker, we trust that God will provide the right person for the job. We recall the words of Proverbs 16:3 WEB, "Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed." Trust that God has a plan for your workplace as well.

Let's pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ. We lift up ### to You, asking that You would provide a godly spouse and a suitable worker for the job according to Your will. Give ### patience and trust in Your timing. Help ### to commit their ways to You, knowing that You have a good and perfect plan. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We encourage you, ###, to continue trusting in God and to remain steadfast in your faith. Remember, it is in the name of Jesus that we have access to God, and it is only through Him that we are saved. God has a plan for your life, and we believe that includes the right person to share your life with and the right worker for the job.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
